The Park District of Highland Park is seeking sealed bids for the following scope of work: removal and replacement of pedestrian walks at Founder's Park, and pedestrian walk at Knoll Park (Highland Park, IL). The scope of work includes all necessary workmanship to satisfactorily complete the work as required by the contract documents. Work will start on Monday, September 15, 2025, and conclude by Friday, October 24, 2025. Contractors bidding on the project must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the work or similar. Founder's Park, 1 St. Johns Avenue, Highland Park, Illinois o Removal of existing stone walks and replacement with concrete pedestrian walks. Knoll Park, 1780 Eastwood Avenue, Highland Park, Illinois o Removal of existing asphalt walk and replacement with concrete pedestrian walk.
