Reference Number 0000393559 Delivery Point: 2470 Burcham Dr., East Lansing, Michigan, 48823 The East Lansing Meridian Water Authority, along with The City of East Lansing and Meridian Charter Township, are requesting proposals for an update to their 2020 combined water system reliablitiy study. This is in accordance with rules and regulations set fort by Michigan's EGLE Department. Note: East Lansing Meridian Water Authority is the treatment plant that provides water to the City of East Lansing and Meridian Charter Township. These three entities combine to form one complete water system. Questions will be accepted and answered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFP. Each respondent must submit in a single separate envelope marked "Fee Proposal": four (4) copies of the fee proposal. The fee proposal and all costs must be separate from the rest of the proposal. C.
