Work also includes construction of an access road leading to a concrete parking lot, along with utility connections for domestic water and electrical service. The contractor will be responsible for erosion control and all work necessary to complete the site in accordance with the construction documents, specifications, and applicable local and state regulations. The Sabine River Authority reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, to reject any or all bids, and/or waive any formalities.
