Solicitation Number: N69450-25-R-SC07 Alfwal Rubber Removal & Repaint Runways, (18/36 & 13/31) Waldron Outlying Airfield, Corpus Christi The Contractor shall provide all supervision, transportation, labor, materials, equipment, and incidental work necessary to remove all built up rubber and repaint the runway markings on Waldron Outlying Airfield runways 18/36 and 13/31. The contractor shall comply with UFGS 01 31 23.13 20 Electronic Construction and Facility Support Contract Management System for the administration of this contract. All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit, must be submitted to spencer.hamilton@usda.gov by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Thursday, August 21, 2025. 2. LOCATION: The work is located at Waldron Outlying Airfield, Corpus Christi, Texas. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance (POP) is 45 calendar days, which incorporates a 7 day for lead-time for item equipment/parts. Should the Contractor feel a longer POP is needed based on work duration or longer lead-time items, please provide the proposed POP with backup for request for consideration within your proposal. submission prior to award. All pre-proposal inquiries (PPIs) from the site visit or concerning the technical aspects of the attached specifications are to be annotated on the PreProposal Log (Attached), and must be emailed to the Contract Specialist. The magnitude of this construction project is $250,000 to $500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
