Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project includes, but is not limited to, the rehabilitation of nine lift stations and installation of two replacement lift stations for a total of 11 lift stations which require bypass pumping, the replacement of discharge piping and appurtenances, the replacement of submersible pumps, epoxy coatings, chain-link and concrete fencing, asphalt and concrete paving, pump control panels, main electrical disconnects, canopies, cranes, abandonment of pipe and wet wells, and other miscellaneous items of work required to complete this project in accordance with the plans, specifications and Contract Documents.
