Description

Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Easley, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.

The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the following: 1. Perform a full HVAC load calculation for the theater area to determine optimal cooling needs. 2. Provide engineering documents and HVAC system design as required. 3. Supply and install two (2) 7.5-ton HVAC units or an alternative system based on accurate load calculations. 4. Include double-wall spiral ductwork for efficient air distribution. 5. Complete all electrical work necessary for new HVAC installation. 6. Provide and install all refrigerant piping and drain lines. 7. Conduct start-up and performance testing of the new system to verify full functionality. 8. Provide any additional recommendations necessary to restore and optimize the theater's climate control capacity. 9. Provide a detailed cost estimate and timeline for project completion.
