Pickens County is requesting bids for the construction and installation of the concrete box culvert at Pond Creek in Pickens County SC. These specifications cover the design, fabrication, delivery and installation directions of a four-sided precast reinforced concrete culvert intended for the purpose of storm water conveyance.
