Renovation of a municipal facility in Easley, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,590-square-foot municipal facility.

Law Enforcement Center (220 North West Main Street) Training Room Project The City of Easley is soliciting sealed and competitive REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS from qualified contractors for the Law Enforcement Center - Training Room Project. The work under this contract will include construction of a 2,590 SF training room with access hallways, located at 220 North West Main St. and will include all equipment and material to fully construction of the training room at the City of Easley Law Enforcement Center. This will include but not limited to installation of walls, acoustical ceiling; electrical outlets; HVAC; TV mounts; Internet cable and access points; overhead lighting; painting of walls, door and concrete flooring; acoustical tile; doors; and other items associated with upfit of an unfinished area. The project will be administered and managed by the City of Easley. The contractor chosen to complete the work will be responsible for providing all materials and labor needed to complete the job. It is the contractor's responsibility to visit the site and review all construction plans. Copies of the Contract Documents may be viewed by appointment at the City of Easley Planning Department 205 North 1 st Street, Easley S.C. 29640.
