HVAC System at the Easley Library The County of Pickens, South Carolina, invites qualified contractors to submit quotations for the replacement or repair of the existing HVAC system at the Easley Public Library. Additionally, the project includes expanding the HVAC system to accommodate two new library wings. Replacement or Repair of the Existing HVAC System: o If repair is selected, ensure all components meet current efficiency standards and codes. o If replacement is selected, install a modern HVAC system that complies with local, state, and federal energy codes. 3. Expansion of HVAC System to New Wings: o Design and integrate an HVAC system to serve the two additional library wings effectively. o Ensure the expanded system maintains optimal airflow, temperature control, and energy efficiency. 4. Compliance with Standards: o Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes, energy efficiency standards, and HVAC industry best practices. 5.
