Project Description: Project includes rerouting existing underground and under building drainage to prevent further washout from under building slabs. This requires abandoning existing lines and running new away from existing building slabs and tying back in to existing mainlines. Certified Check or acceptable Bid Bond in the amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the Base Bid: such security to be forfeited as liquidated damages, not penalty, by any bidder who fails to carry out the terms of the proposal, execute a contract and post-Performance and Payment Bonds in the form and amount withinthe time specified. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
