DEEMSTON WATER STORAGE TANK REPLACEMENT CONTRACT NUMBER 25-2 - GENERAL/MECHANICAL CONTRACT NUMBER 25-3 - ELECTRICAL The Bid Proposals must be a paper copy, with an original signature, submitted in an envelope along with the original bid security, all as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
