Hymera New 100,000 Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank Per Addendum 3, tender has been cancelled. The project will be re-tendered tentatively in early September 2025 or early October 2025. Last day for questions will be Friday, October 17, 2025 at 5:00 PM. The new 100,000-gallon elevated water storage tank will be constructed on the same site as the existing elevated tank. The Contractor shall demolish the existing elevated tank, then the Contractor shall construct the new 100,000 tank in its place. 2. A geotechnical report is not included in the project documents. The Contractor is responsible for completing their own geotechnical investigation once awarded the contract. Assumptions for foundation design are included in Sections 33 16 16 and 33 16 17 of the Project Manual. The geotechnical investigation must be completed and final report submitted to the Engineer prior to commencement of demolition activities. The contract will consist of the following scope of work: Construction of a new 100,000-gallon elevated water storage tank with all associated site piping, electrical, grading, fencing, and site restoration, Construction of a new bulk water dispensing station, Demolition of the existing elevated water storage tank with all associated disposal, clean-up, and site restoration. The Bidders attention is also called to the ìMinority/Women Owned Business Participationî and ìIndiana Veteran Owned Small Business Programî requirements contained in the Project Specifications. The State of Indiana has set a goal of 10% participation for minority and women owned businesses and 3% Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
