Site work and new construction of an educational facility in North Quincy, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a 81,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
As of October 2025, Demolition is confirmed to be underway, with vertical construction to begin as soon as it is completed. This project will last until late 2027. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Seeking the services of a qualified Designer to provide professional design services for the Squantum Elementary School. Selection of a Designer will be made by the Designer Selection Panel of the MSBA. Specified Services(all chosen) Architect Landscape Architect Programmer Engineer Land Surveyor Other The Fee for Basic Services will be negotiated. Minority owned business enterprises (MBE) and women owned businesses (WBE) certified by the Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office (SDO) are encouraged to participate. Applicants should subcontract with MBE and WBE businesses, as certified by the SDO to meet the participation goals for the designer services contract.
