Troy Schools is accepting firm, sealed proposals for Fencing Replacement & Installation District-Wide to perform specified fence removal, replacement, new installation & pricing for repairs throughout the 2025- 2028 fiscal calendar year. Questions must be received no later than 11:00 a.m. (local time), Thursday July 31, 2025 Each bid must be accompanied by 1) A 5% bid bon or certified check; 2) A sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner, any employee of the bidder and/or any member of the BoE or Superintendent of Troy School District; 3) A sworn and notarized Iran Disclosure Statement. The Board shall not accept a bid that does not include these sworn and notarized disclosure statements. The Troy Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part; to award contracts other than the low bidder; to waive any irregularities and/or informalities; and in general, to make awards in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the owner.
