Invitation to Bid, the bid specifications and the Campbell County Purchasing Manual. This bid is being done in connection with the County projects that are being funded by Campbell County. The selected contractor must be registered with Online. All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976, as currently amended if bid price exceeds $25,000. If bidding over $25,000 a 5% bid bond is required. Project: Construction Services*Campbell County Transfer Station*Fire Repair. Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities, equipment, material, and/or supply needs.
