Renovation of an educational facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of the project is to reroof Biological Sciences Building, Central Plant/Ancillary Building, and the Medical Education Building at John A Burns, School of Medicine (JABSOM). The work includes selective demolition; new membrane and standing seam roofs; hazardous material removal; replacement of damaged steel decking; structural steel; masonry; concrete deck repair; spall repair; painting; fall protection; flashing and sheet metal; replace water proofing membrane; light fixtures; plumbing; mechanical; electrical; and miscellaneous related work as shown on the plans and specifications. The deadline to submit requests for clarification of the requirements of this IFB is on August 5, 2025. All clarification requests shall be submitted via HePS QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS section, and all responses shall be issued in an addendum
