Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hempstead, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work includes construction of one (1) bolted steel ground storage tank with foundation; one (1) hydropneumatics tank including foundation; three (3) horizontal split case booster pumps with foundations; installation of one (1) 20,000 gallon hydropneumatics tank including foundation one (1) diesel generator with sound attenuated enclosure and ATS, 48-hour subbase fuel tank, and foundation; CMU control building with foundation; disinfection equipment with chemical injection lines; plant piping; electrical, instruments, and control work including service; protective coatings; concrete pavement, driveway and sidewalks; brick fence and gate; grading, and drainage, drainage swales; hydro-mulch seeding; and all additional items shown on the construction plans or needed for a completely functional water plant. Question Deadline 08/01/2025 at 10:00 AM CT Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online system for such information to Engineer not less than seven (7) calendar days before the Bid opening.
