Work includes replacement or certified rebuild of the existing Ovivo clarifier drive unit; rehabilitation or in-kind replacement of the skimmer system, sludge collection mechanisms, and related piping; and surface preparation and coating per SSPC-SP10 and applicable safety and air quality regulations. The selected contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, blasting/painting, installation, testing, and documentation, including coordination with the manufacturer for start-up and staff training. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, blasting/painting services, component installation, testing, documentation, and coordination with the equipment manufacturer for proper start-up and personnel training. The contractor must also manage equipment transportation, confined space entry protocols, warranty documentation, and provide all submittals, O&M manuals, and as-builts (if applicable).
