Site work for a civil project in Snoqualmie Pass, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Make up to 42 internal grout repairs to the wastewater collection system throughout 19- line segments (31 issues in 15" line and 11 issues in 8" line). Make up to 19 internal grout repairs to manhole structures. The goal of this project is to test and seal joints and lateral lines. The goal is to chemically grout joints, laterals, and manholes to reduce inflow and infiltration into the collection system. Testing shall be completed and documented to prove that the point repair was successful. The preferred grout is PR 10 from Prime Resins or a chemical grout that is equal to PR 10. The bid shall include a line item stating the cost per point repair. Additional point repairs may be approved in the field as needed. Work must be completed no later than Oct 30, 2025.
