Protect the surrounding area including other structures, sidewalks, and vegetation. The contractor shall maintain a safe work area around the facility and inside the facility. 3. The contractor is responsible for any permits required for work, include price in total. 4. The Contractor is responsible for providing proper ventilation if required during removal process. 5. The contractor will be responsible for the removal and disposal of any materials or debris associated with removal and the installation of the flooring material. 6. With the help of the COGS Facilities team, remove all items from the Community Center Lobby area. 7. Remove LVP type flooring in teen area and lobby waiting area. 8. Grind off the old floor surface to create a smooth, level, and profiled surface. 9. Repair any cracks, holes, or other imperfections in the concrete need to be repaired. 10. Clean floor surface properly following Product Manufacture recommendations. 11. Install Flooring System in accordance with Manufactures instructions 12. The proposed Flooring System should include at min a primer, base coat with color, and a chemical and scratch resistant topcoat. 13. Clean up and remove all waste. 14. Estimated size of lobby and vestibules: 4,834 sqft.
