Description

Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in West Palm Beach, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

The City of West Palm Beach is accepting proposals from qualified, experienced and responsible engineering firms to conduct a planning study to identify a preferred location to construct a pedestrian bridge over the FEC main line through the City and ready the Project to receive grant funds for construction. Funds for this Project are derived from a federal pass-through Federal Railroad Administration grant (69A36525420220RCEFL) and therefore the successful Contractor must comply with federal guidelines. Note: All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Blank Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
