Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Edmonton, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The contract consists of constructing an earthen embankment at the Edmonton Wastewater Treatment Plant, including all required borrow excavation, borrow hauling, miscellaneous appurtenances including RPE lining and stone aggregate, etc. A source for all required clay borrow material has been acquired by the City Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Any bid that is obviously unbalanced may be rejected. The award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder The City of Edmonton reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
