The Architect will note any questions that are raised at the Pre-Bid Meeting (or after) and will distribute a summary of questions and clarifications to all attendees within Seven (7) days of the Pre-Bid Meeting to all contractors in attendance, or who have directly requested plans or indicated their intention to bid by contacting the Architect. Metcalfe County Extension Service Addition and Remodel The project consists of Interior remodeling of the Existing Metcalfe County Extension Office (approximately 5,800 square feet, extant), with areas of extensive remodeling (approximately 1,800 sf) to include new public restrooms, a new demonstration kitchen within the existing large meeting room, as well as remodeling to selected office/reception spaces. Additionally, the electric service shall be upgraded to accommodate new HVAC and convenience power circuits, ALL of the suspended ceiling tile system and light fixtures THROUGHOUT the building interior will be replaced, and new exit/emergency lighting installed. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
