Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Kanawha, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 31,419-square-foot, three-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; 19,279-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; 20,096-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and 5,330-square-foot municipal facility.
As of March 5, 2026, construction has not started. They are awaiting a DEP permit. No trades needed at this time. All contractors submitting bids on project(s) must submit electronically with their bid a Proposal Guaranty Bond for $500.00 or 5% of the total bid, whichever is greater. The West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways reserves the right to defer, delay or postpone the date for receiving and publicly opening proposals for any project designated in this advertisement, without the necessity of renewing such advertisement.
