Reference number: 20085886 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-08-04 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 2 The "Municipalite de Saint-Michel-des-Saints" is requesting bids for road rehabilitation work on part of Chemin Saint-Benoit, between Chemin du Lac Taureau and Chemin des Conifers ( 1,265 linear meters and 1,500 metric tons of pavement) , as well as optional repair work on Chemin Saint-Benoit, between Chemin des Coniferes and Chemin Rondeau ( 805 linear meters). Only contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in a province covered by such an agreement and holding, if applicable, an appropriate construction contractor's licence are authorized to submit tenders, issued by the Regie des entreprises de construction du Quebec. Requirements Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond issued in favour of the "Municipality of Saint-Michel-des-Saints" for an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total bid.
