UPDATE - Amendment 0002 The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to: 1) Extend the solicitation due date to 2 March 2026. 2) The Government is verifying the current workload data and a subsequent amendment will be issued soon. 3) Quoters will have the opportunity to revise and resubmit their quote. 4) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The work consists of inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen hoods and grease-laden duct systems in accordance with NFPA 96 and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Services must be performed in alignment with the Performance Work Statement dated 20 January 2026. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete recurring maintenance and cleaning of exhaust hoods, ducts, and related components to ensure safe operation and compliance with fire-prevention standards. The contractor is required to demonstrate prior experience performing work of similar scope and must maintain current certifications such as IKECA or an equivalent credential verifying competency in cleaning grease-laden exhaust systems. Work must be conducted as firm-fixed-price services, including all associated shipping and handling, and must follow all specified procedures, technical requirements, documentation standards, and verification processes outlined in the solicitation.
