Site work for a civil project in Great Falls, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The total project including alternatives consists of: approximately 97 Lineal Feet of 18 dia. PVC piping; one storm trench drain with an 18 dia. outlet; one 18 RCP pipe with flared end; removal of 45 Square Feet of 6 concrete; 60 Cubic Yards of Aggregate 1.5 Minus Base Coarse; 2 Cubic Yards of Class 1 Rip Rap; 4 Thick Asphalt Resurfacing 4 Depth Max and Removal and Replacement of Fencing. Question Deadline 07/31/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Bidder questions will be accepted and must be provided in writing via e-mail to John Perrodin at jperrodin@greatfallsmt.net. Each bid, or proposal, must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to City of Great Falls, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful bidders , shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance, as required, shall be provided by the successful bidders (s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. Contractor, and all subcontractors, must be licensed to perform work in the City of Great Falls prior to contract award. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid, which is in the best interest of the City.
