Reference Number 0000298919 Question Acceptance Deadline Aug 15, 2025 02:00 PM EDT Pricing Lump sum Provide a Base Bid Price for the 2nd Floor Fit Up of the RCMP facility, located at 345 Harry Walker Pkr., S., Newmarket, ON. .1 Construct Work in stages to accommodate the Owner's continued intermittent use of premises during construction. .2 Contractor to work in phases, in intervals as detailed in the drawings phasing plans and notes. .3 Co-ordinate use of premises under direction of Project Manager. .4 Obtain and pay for use of additional storage or work areas needed for operations under this Contract. .5 Remove or alter existing work to prevent injury or damage to portions of existing work which remain. .6 Repair or replace portions of existing work which have been altered during construction operations to match existing or adjoining work, as directed by the Project Manager and/or Consultant. .7 At completion of operations condition of existing work: equal to or better than that which existed before new work started. .8 Storage availability on site is to be discussed and addressed with the awarded Contractor.
