This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of York (the Region) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Construction Management Services for Primary Trunk Twinning Project as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 01) (the Deliverables).
