Description

Remodeling of a municipal facility in Texhoma, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.

Town of Texhoma requests sealed bid proposals from experienced and qualified contractors for remodel of one building located at 207 N. 2nd. Bid proposals shall be accompanied by: A bid bond from an Oklahoma Licensed Insurance Company, certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. A business relationship affidavit. A non-collusion affidavit in compliance with 74 O.S. 85.22. The contract will be executed within sixty (60) days after the award of the bid. We have the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
