The RM of Beaver River No. 622 hereby invites tenders from qualified contractors in order to award a contract for the following: Crushing of approximately 20,000 - 40,000 cubic yards 3/4" - 7/8" Road Gravel to complete the RM's 2025 gravel program. The Contractor shall furnish all labour and necessary equipment to perform the work as specified herein. Material shall be crushed and piled by the contractor on location at the RM Pit known as the "Goodsoil Pit" located at NE-14-61-21-W3. Once materials have been stockpiled in the Goodsoil Pit, the stockpile will be surveyed via drone by the Municipality. The Contractor will inform the RM Administrator when nearing 80% completion in order to schedule survey of the pile in a timely manner. Contractors are to provide expected completion date The RM shall make payment of the account within thirty (30) days of the drone survey result. Payment subject to the pit being left in acceptable condition. The Contractor must provide a Clearance Certificate from Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board. The Contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance for two million dollars in liability insurance.
