Question Deadline 08/07/2025 at 3:00 PM ET accepting questions on the project The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Spring Brook Township. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by Spring Brook Township. Only bidders receiving a full document set through Spring Brook Township will be on record to receive Addenda.
