Sealed proposals are requested for the Lackawanna County T-314 (Ash Gap Road) Bridge Replacement Project in Spring Brook Township. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided by the County and only registered bidders are eligible to receive addenda. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or bid bond amounting to ten percent of the bid amount, payable to Lackawanna County. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked for the specified project, and must include the Bid, Bid Bond, and other required forms. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions of bids, or waive informalities in the bidding process. This is a public works project subject to the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
