Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in West Sacramento, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The City of West Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals ("Proposer") to provide rofessional engineering and design services in support of the design and replacement of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system at the City of West Sacramento's Fire Station 45. More details on the City's needs for this work are provided . The initial term of the Contract is at the City's discretion and may be up to 3 years. The City also reserves the right to extend the Contract for up to 2 additional 1-year terms (individually, "Extension") upon the same terms and conditions as parties agreed to in the Contract. Thus, parties agree the Contract may be for a total of 5 years upon the same terms and conditions as parties agreed in the Contract.
