RACW seeks proposals from qualified engineering firms in support of Washington County's Local Share Account Program for the Washington Demolition Project in the City of Washington, Pennsylvania. The specific services being sought by RACW are identified in RFP. The area known as the WASHINGTON DEMOLITION in the City of Washington, Washington County, Pennsylvania, designated as Project Nos. LS 21-13 & LS 22-17 This project involves the demolition and any required environmental remediation of the commercial structure located at 83 North Main Street, City of Washington, Tax Parcel No. 720-001-00-00-0006-00 All qualified proposers will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religious creed, ancestry, national origin, age, handicap or sex. The services enumerated in detail in Paragraph 3 of this Contract include technical advice and assistance in connection with certain project environment remediation and demolition activities in the Project Area funded by the LSA designated as Nos. LS 21-13 & LS 22-17, approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED). All materials concerning the Project have been supplied to the Engineer and any additional information which the Authority has on file shall be made available to Engineer upon request. Preliminary Engineer analysis for the Project shall be completed in one phase and shall include, but not be limited to, remediation specifications, structural analysis, cost estimation for demolition, and provide oversight throughout the entire project.
