The Project includes the following Work: The City of Washington is seeking bids from qualified contractors for roadway improvements along Landfill Road. The project involves repaving approximately 7,010 linear feet (233,110 square feet) of roadway, including soft spot repair of approximately 16,000 square feet. Improvements will consist of placing 3 inches of new asphalt over the existing roadway, with shoulders on each side. Work will require preparation of the existing asphalt surface, installation of geomembrane fabric where specified, and proper grading to ensure long-term roadway stability and drainage. Interested bidders must demonstrate experience in roadway paving, resurfacing, and traffic control.
