Performing site clearing including removal of trees; grading, removal and abandonment of existing piping and valves; constructing new potable water pump station including construction of 16-inch diameter inlet and outlet piping, pump station building, retaining walls, valves, flow meters, flow meter vault, two (2) 24-inch diameter 1/4 -inch thick 316 stainless steel pump barrels, two (2) 2500 gpm capacity vertical turbine pumps, two 100 HP motors, electrical and controls improvements including coordination with SDG&E for 400 amp 3 phase 4 wire 480 volt power service to the pump station, switchgear, motor control center, variable frequency drives, harmonic filter, SCADA panel, manual transfer switch, portable generator connection, instrumentation, testing, disinfection, startup and commissioning, and site improvements complete and in place per the contract documents. Contractor shall possess a valid California contractor's license for the following classification(s): Class A. All electrical work will be completed by a contractor or a sub-contractor having a valid California C-10 certification.
