25-153 After-hours Janitorial Services for the San Clemente DMV Field Office. Question Deadline 08/20/2025 at 5:30 PM PT Written responses to SB Bid questions released by: 8/22/2025 at 5:30PM New Project Term: thirty-six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Please read and review full Scope of Work (as well as current project information above) before submitting written questions. Bidder must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services (OSDS), as a Certified Small Business. Bidder shall submit a bid that complies with Government Code Section 19134 (see Exhibit E, Wages and Benefits for additional information). Bidder shall be required to comply with the Property Service Workers Protection Act (Labor Code Sections 1420 - 1434) and shall provide the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registration number with the bid (see Attachment 1). Registration shall be effective on the day of the bid opening, or the bidder may be deemed non-responsive.
