The Washington County Public Works Department is issuing this request for proposals (RFP) to provide project coordination, data collection, stakeholder engagement, and engineering services for the County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 16 (Valley Creek Road) and Settlers Ridge Parkway Intersection Improvement Project. Any questions regarding this RFP should be directed via email to andrew.giesen@washingtoncountymn.gov by 3:00 PM on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. Only written questions and notifications will receive responses. Washington County reserves the right to disregard questions received after the timeline listed above. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
