The work to be done under this Contract shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the La Lake Trail Improvements project and appurtenant work as shown on the plans and specified herein. The Owner is the City of Woodbury. All work will be done within property under control by the Owner, public right-of-way or easements. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner.
