Site work for a water / sewer project in Woodbury, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a levee.
The work includes furnishing all labor and materials for the construction of the 2025-2026 Stormwater Maintenance Project, which involves approximately: 0.5 acre clearing, 0.5 acre grubbing, 18 linear feet removing sewer pipe (storm), 2,710 cubic yards excavation - channel and pond (LV) (special 1), 3,140 tons excavation - channel and pond (LV) (special 2), 1 each construct drainage structure design special 1, 1,490 square yards rolled erosion prevention category 20, 46 pounds seed residential turfgrass, and 5 pounds seed wet ditch. Bidders are instructed to obtain bidding documents from www.questcdn.com by searching for Quest project #9947004, ensure they use the site for official notifications, addenda, and documents, and submit all bids electronically through QuestCDN. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days. Question Deadline 11/17/2025 at 2:00 PM CT Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
