**As of September 24, 2025, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. No definite date for the rebid.** The Municipality of The County of Annapolis invites sealed tenders from qualified contractors for the renovation of an existing steel building to serve as the new Public Works Main Building. The scope of work includes structural modifications, interior fit-up, mechanical and electrical upgrades, and code-compliance improvements. Estimated Duration of Contract (months) 6 Question Deadline 08/07/2025. All questions must be received in writing no less than 6 business days before the closing date of this Tender Request Bid. The Authority reserves the right to make any or all questions and answers available to all proponents at its discretion. Generally, only substantial questions and answers in response to a clarification request to be distributed. No oral response or clarification will be binding on the Authority.
