This project encompasses the complete removal of the existing roofing system (roughly 12,502sq/ft) at Bldg. 391 Dinning Facility, including shingles, underlayment, and related components. Remove and replace the compromised deck to provide a sound and secure substrate for subsequent roofing repairs. A new roofing system will be installed with a metal roof.
