Pursuant to State of Alabama Code 41-16-54 this solicitation request is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will perform Air Scour Blower Replacement - Western Filter Plant of the Birmingham Water Works (hereinafter, "the BWW") as further described in this solicitation. Contractor must have the work substantially complete within 150 days of Notice to Proceed, with final completion due 15 days thereafter.
