Town is seeking to retain an external consultant/consulting team (Prime Consultant) to conduct a detailed Indoor Pool Feasibility Study. The successful proponent's overall responsibility is to conduct a study that includes, but is not limited to an assessment of need, location, concept, site analysis, capital cost, operational business plan, funding strategy and design component (up to a Class D Estimate) within the context of a comprehensive public engagement strategy. The objective of the study is to propose a clear site and concept plan for consideration. The Prime Consultant is expected to work with staff to report to Council on timelines for completion of the Indoor Pool Feasibility Study and further report back to Council with findings and recommendations in a final Indoor Pool Feasibility Study that includes a proposed project plan and timeline for detailed design and construction.
