Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and services necessary to construct a complete and operational chiller plant and cooling towers in accordance with the Statement of Work and all attached specifications and drawings. Work includes all construction, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning activities required to deliver a fully functional system that meets VA, FAR, VAAR, and RFO requirements. The contractor shall coordinate site access, attend the required site visit, submit questions within the established timeframe, and perform all work in compliance with the solicitation, with firm-fixed-price construction within the stated magnitude. Any clauses listed in supporting documents are for reference only, and the clauses contained in the solicitation or contract shall govern.
