The principal items for which proposals are invited are: 1,450 LF Water Main, 8-Inch PVC 3 EA Hydrant 230 LF Water Service (6") 1,540 LF Storm Sewer Main, 12"- 24" RCP 5 EA Storm Sewer Inlet 5 EA Storm Sewer Manhole (48") 4 EA Storm Sewer Inlet manhole (48") 1 LS Storm Pond w/Liner 1 LS Excavation and Grading 1 LS Clearing and Grubbing 1,775 TN Base Aggregate Dense, 1-1/4" (4" depth) 3,590 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter, 30" 725 SF Concrete Driveway Apron, 6" 1,695 TN Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement, 4" 3,500 SY Topsoil, Seeding, Fertilizer and Mulch, All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
