Site work and paving for a road / highway in Mayville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Award: Northeast Asphalt, Inc. for $54,889.70 Sealed proposals are invited for the following principal items: 215 cubic yards EBS & Additional Sub-Base, 2,100 square yards Milling, Full Depth, 230 tons 4 LT 58-28 S, 1-3/4" Thick (Finish), 295 tons 3 LT 58-28 S, 2-1/4" Thick (Binder), and 1 lump sum Traffic Control & Access. All proposals must be submitted on bidding forms included in the Project Manual provided by Kunkel Engineering Group, LLC, and in accordance with the provisions of the Project Manual. Specifications and other contract documents may be examined at the City Clerk's office. Bidders must purchase Bid Documents from the Engineer or QuestCDN to submit a bid; reproduced documents will not be accepted. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the City of Mayville in an amount equal to 5% of the Bid. The City of Mayville reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the scheduled time for opening bids. Question Deadline 01/27/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing, Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered.
