No definite date for the rebid.** The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to rehabilitate the original existing Sewer Force Main No.1 in South Oildale Drive from Lift Station No.1 to connection to existing Sewer Force Main No.2 South of Beardsley Canal Bridge. The work includes, but is not limited to, extensive Lift Station No.1 yard piping with a new force main flow meter vault and a new Force Main bypass vault and appurtenances. The work also includes, but is not limited to, cleaning, repair of and installation of approximately 3,500 feet of CIPP lining in the existing Sewer Force Main No.1. Work includes traffic control, saw cut and pavement removal, access trenching, HDPE pipe reroute, bedding reconstruction, backfill and compaction and asphalt repair in accordance with plans and specifications. Bidders shall furnish a Bid Security with their Bidders Proposal in the amount of 10% of the base bid amount Contractor's License Classification: In accordance with the provisions of California Public Contract Code, Section 3300, the District has determined that CONTRACTOR shall possess a valid Class A Contractor's License issued by the State of California at the time of contract award and for the duration of the contract, and shall be registered with the State Department of Industrial Relations at the time of contract award. Failure to possess the specified license shall render the Bid as non-responsive and shall act as a bar to award of the contract to any Bidder not possessing said license.
