Your firm is invited to submit a proposal to provide professional architectural and engineering services for the complete study, programming and design of Meadowood Firehouse 1, the Multipurpose Training Building, and the Tactical Training Facility for the County of Henrico, Virginia (the "County") Department of General Services ("DGS") and the Division of Fire ("Fire") in accordance with the enclosed Scope of Services, General Contract Terms and Conditions, Special Contract Provisions and Supplemental Project Requirements and Provisions.
